Ratatouille

I made dinner tonight. And, it wasn't the same old black beans and rice! I tried a new recipe. Well, most of them are new to me. I have four shelves full of cook books, but I only bake on a regular basis.

Mark told me he loves stews and biscuits. I narrowed the recipes down and decided to try Ratatouille from The New Moosewood Cookbook and Buttermilk biscuits from Cook's Illustrated Baking.

I'm glad to say that dinner was a success! It took just over an hour to chop and make everything and it was perfect. Yeah. Except for Mark eating to many biscuits we had no mishaps. I may actually do more of the cooking thing!
